FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTION
You may return any item that is unused, in new condition, or any item that was damaged upon receipt. Accessories, Customized styles, Pre-Order Products and Stitched Blouses are not returnable/exchangeable.


  1. The products should be in the same condition as received with the tags intact.
  2. The shipping cost is to be borne by the customer.
  3. Return or exchange should be notified to us within 7 days of receiving the product.
  4. In case of exchange of products, we provide a Store credit which can be utilized anytime within 3 months from the date of issue.
  5. After the returned goods is processed, you will get store credit for the amount adjusting shipping cost.
  6. Generally, returns or exchange are not applicable on discounted products.
  7. Pre-order products cannot be returned or exchanged
